Welcome to the Burgerism Loyalty Scheme ("the Scheme"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Scheme operated by 7D Ltd (trading as Burgerism) ("we", "us", or "our"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Scheme is open to customers aged 16 or over.
Participation is limited to collection orders placed directly through our official ordering platform.
You must create and be logged into your Burgerism account to earn and redeem rewards.
2. Earning Stamps
One Order Per Day: You can earn stamps on only one qualifying order per day.
Earn 1 stamp for every transaction worth £10 or more (excluding tips and service charges).
Where a transaction is worth £30 or more, two stamps (total) will be awarded
Stamps are awarded per transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.
Only collection orders are eligible for earning stamps.
Maximum of 1 order per day
3. Rewards Structure
2 Stamps: Free Fries.
5 Stamps: Free Brownie.
9 Stamps: Free Burger (choose from Beefed, Cheesed, Veggied, Freebird, or Freebird with Cheese).
Rewards are cumulative. Upon reaching 9 stamps, you will have earned all three rewards (Fries, Brownie, and a Burger).
4. Redeeming Rewards
Only one reward can be redeemed per order.
To redeem a reward:
Log into your Burgerism account when placing an order.
Proceed to the payment section.
Under 'Discounts on your account', select the reward you wish to use.
Complete your order as usual.
Rewards do not expire and can be redeemed at your convenience.
5. Checking Your Stamp Balance
Log into your Burgerism account.
Navigate to the 'Rewards' section to view:
Your current stamp balance.
Progress towards your next reward.
History of previous redemptions.
6. General Conditions
Stamps and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Unless otherwise specified, stamps can be earned and redeemed in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The Scheme is for personal and non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
In the event of fraudulent activity or misuse of the Scheme, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account and void any earned stamps or rewards.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any technical issues or failures that prevent you from participating in the Scheme.
Our liability for any claim arising from participation in the Scheme is limited to the value of the reward in question.
8. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert link to privacy policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
